As im from Europe i earn yield every monday. Free money i use to DCA into other coins via the free swap service. I was enticed by the returns and really enjoyed using Celsius until they "temporarily" blocked all withdrawals to"preserve and protect assets". Now I fear I'll lose everything I had on their platform. Don't make the same mistake; steer clear of this until they put in some investor protections.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I have been a long time user of Celsius. Most of the time they have been great but recently I called customer service and it took 2 days for me to finally get someone on the phone. To make matters worse the help section on the app isn’t working. I will say that the person I finally spoke with was polite and helpful but numerous phone call to get through is ridiculous! Ac installation was carried out effectively and efficiently.
