Alex went ‘the extra mile’ to ensure that fittings/pipework etc were as unobtrusive as possible and to ensure that we had a thorough understanding of system operation and controls. Installation was brilliant, Alex and Max were professional, friendly and left everything immaculate. On the day Alex and his team did a beautiful job and was able the install in external unit in a difficult to reach out of the way area. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. They are in a financial crisis that news outlets say could lead to insolvency & bankruptcy. I guess they can say they are pausing withdrawal and can just keep your cash. I have put cash into this company and they have decided to keep it. My advice is stay away from this company, far away. Along with the economy for cry to bad but now this company says it can keep the cash I put in. Hopefully my attorney can figure it out.
It was carried out in a safe and professional manner, always keeping the area tidy whilst working. Thoroughly impressed and will be using again. Alex and his team did a fantastic job installing an A/C unit inside a conservatory for me. The pipework looks super neat as they took the time to make sure the install was as unobtrusive as possible with a quality finish.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I have been a long time user of Celsius. Most of the time they have been great but recently I called customer service and it took 2 days for me to finally get someone on the phone. To make matters worse the help section on the app isn’t working. I will say that the person I finally spoke with was polite and helpful but numerous phone call to get through is ridiculous! Ac installation was carried out effectively and efficiently.
The job ran well and I would definitely recommend Celsius to any future customers.. Alex was patient, professional and delivered a perfect job. I was surprised at how quickly my system was installed.

I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to others - I’m not sure why anyone would use anyone else. Very highly recommended, this company provided an outstanding service from start to finish. At a very competitive price, Alex and his team answered all our questions for a large install in a commercial warehouse and we are extremely happy with the finished product.
Orangeries Celsius can build and install a fantastic alternative to a conservatory or extension with our range of Orangeries. We had an issue with one of the units, contacted Celsius who promptly dispatched an engineer within 2 hours of our call and the problem was resolved that day. Had Celsius to install our aircon, the installers were very professional and quick. Alex and his team carried out a first class installation. After finally giving in and deciding I needed air-con in my very hot dog grooming salon, Alex and Max saved the day by fitting a, what I now know I couldn't live without, air-con unit. Alex was very good with explaining the process, choosing the right Air-conditioning unit and preparation pre-installation.

This company has lost all of it's customers trust and once they re-open, there's going to be a massive outflow to the exit door. He installed 3 units indoors and 2 outside, they are super quiet so you just hear a very gentle hum and definitely user friendly as im not great with all technology. He was successful and we had the new system fitted yesterday and the workmanship is outstanding. Alex was easy to communicate with and very professional. He advised what unit would suit us best and fitted it when he said he would.
